Edge SIGN Drew Cushingberry
St. John’s, NL – The St. John’s Edge announced today that the club has signed Romeo, Michigan native Drew Cushingberry to a one-year, NBL Canada contract.
Cushingberry, 6-foot-3, 190 pounds appeared in 39 games last season for Ferris State of the NCAA, where he averaged 13.85 points, 5.54 assists, 3.52 rebounds, and 28.2 minutes per game. He shot .481 (182-for-378) from the field, .367 (40-for-109) from three-point range and .720 (136-for-189) from the free throw line.
