Edge SIGN Nick Banyard 

 St. John’s, NL – The St. John’s Edge announced today that the club has signed Nick Banyard to a one-year NBL Canada contract. 

Banyard, 6-foot-8, 225 pounds is a product of the University of Central Florida in NCAA Division 1. He made his pro debut in 2017-18 with Rayos de Hermosillo of the Mexican CIBACOPA league. In 9 games, he averaged 12.89 points, 6.78 rebounds, and 1.11 assists. He shot .533 (49-for-92) from the field and .684 (13-for-19) at the free throw line.
